What started as my own path became a space for others to reconnect, move, and lead from within.
Many people reach a point where the old ways stop working.
The plans don’t stick.
Pushing through feels harder than it used to.
Your body starts sending signals you don’t quite know how to interpret.
This doesn’t mean something is wrong.
It means something is asking for your attention.
Your body is constantly communicating — through energy levels, tension, ease, resistance, and pull.
When we’ve learned to ignore those cues, life can start to feel confusing or disconnected.
But when we begin to listen, things change.
Clarity doesn’t come from forcing answers.
It comes from paying attention to what your body is already responding to.
This is what I mean by the new fit-ness.
Not just exercise or performance — but learning how to work with your body instead of against it.
Strength that feels supportive.
Movement that makes sense.
Choices that feel aligned rather than pressured.
My work is about creating space for that reconnection to happen.
Through movement and listening, people begin to trust their body again — not as something to control, but as a reliable guide.
Over time, momentum returns.
Not because you tried harder — but because you’re moving in a way that fits you.
This isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about reconnecting with yourself — and moving forward from a place that feels true.
“Working with Caren has been an incredible journey—not just for my physical fitness, but for my mindset and spirit as well.
I feel more grounded, more confident, and more at ease with life’s messiness.”

I didn’t set out to become a coach.
I set out to feel better.
Years ago, an unexpected injury forced me to slow down. What I thought would be a brief recovery turned into weeks away from work — and with that pause, I began to see what I had been pushing through for years.
On the surface, I looked fine.
But underneath, my body was carrying chronic stress, inflammation, anxiety, and patterns that no longer supported me.
What I was experiencing wasn’t unique — it was human.
And I knew something needed to change.
I began working with a personal trainer, not because I had a specific goal in mind, but because something in me knew it was time to reconnect with myself physically. Around the same time, during the Global Pause of 2020, I found myself continuing that relationship alone at home — training in a small furnace room with minimal equipment, but with a desire I couldn’t fully name yet.
Looking back, I realize I wasn’t just trying to exercise.
I was trying to come back into relationship with my body, my awareness, and myself.
At first, movement felt uncomfortable. Unfamiliar. But slowly, something began to shift. I felt clearer. Stronger. More grounded. More like myself again.
Movement didn’t just change my body.
It changed how I related to myself.
That experience became the doorway into deeper study and practice. I trained as a Certified Personal Training Specialist and later as a Spiritual Life Coach, not to fix people — but to better understand how the body, awareness, and inner direction work together.
Over time, I learned something simple and profound: when we listen to the body instead of overriding it, momentum returns naturally.
As my own awareness deepened, intuitive insight became a steady part of how I perceive and work. For me, this isn’t about prediction or mysticism. It’s about tuning into subtle information — energy, patterns, timing, and cues — that help people reconnect with their own clarity.
And somewhere within all of this, I began remembering my roots.
Not only the forests, fresh air, movement, and landscapes that always made me feel most like myself — but a more connected and honest way of living. One rooted in awareness, nature, community, and the understanding that all things are interconnected.
Today, this work comes together through Transform Fitness Coaching and Transform HQ: Fit-ness & Embodiment Retreat located just outside of Stratford, Ontario.
Transform HQ is a nature-immersed space created intentionally outside of traditional gym culture. It’s a place to move, breathe, and reconnect — without pressure, comparison, or performance.
Everything I offer is rooted in the same intention:
to support people in remembering their own strength — physically, emotionally, and energetically — and trusting what their body has been communicating all along.
Because when we feel aligned within ourselves, life opens up — not through force, but through coherence.
And if there’s one thing I’ll always remind you of, it’s this:
You are not missing anything.
You already have everything you need.
You have the power.

Transform HQ is a fit-ness and embodiment space located in the small village of Wartburg, just outside of Stratford, ON. Surrounded by trees, open sky, fresh air, and the quiet rhythm of nature, the space exists as a reflection of something much deeper: the understanding that all things are interconnected.
Here, movement is not separated from awareness.
Strength is not separated from softness.
And the body is not viewed apart from the mind, spirit, emotions, or the environment around it..
Transform HQ brings together both indoor and outdoor training experiences in a way that invites people to reconnect with themselves honestly and fully. Inside, there is space for strength training, movement, reflection, and self-awareness. Outside, the land itself becomes part of the experience — the trees, wind, fire, earth, and open space reminding us that nature has always known how to move, adapt, release, and grow.
Over time, I began to realize that the space itself was teaching me.
What started as a place for movement slowly became something more — a reminder that the body, nature, awareness, and human connection were never separate to begin with. The more I listened, the more the space revealed its purpose. Not something I created alone, but something I remembered alongside it.
Throughout the property are intentional spaces designed to encourage presence and connection. One of these spaces is the Momentum Medicine Circle — a gathering place rooted in reflection, awareness, empowerment, and shared human experience.
The Momentum Medicine Circle is not a space to fix anything.
It is a space to slow down enough to notice.
To notice where you feel drawn.
To notice what resonates.
To notice what your body, emotions, and inner awareness may already be trying to communicate.
Inspired by the understanding that wisdom exists within each of us, the circle invites people to explore movement, symbolism, conversation, stillness, and connection without pressure to perform, become, or prove.
People gather at HQ for fit-ness coaching, embodied momentum sessions, workshops, retreats, conversations, small group experiences, moments around the fire, and opportunities to reconnect with themselves and each other in a more grounded and honest way.
At Transform, fit-ness is not viewed as something reserved for the gym or disconnected from daily life. It is a way of being — one that recognizes movement, listening, nature, community, awareness, and self-leadership as part of the same conversation.
In many ways, the space reminded me first.
And now, it has become a place that helps others remember too.
“Caren’s Movement as Meditation at Transform HQ was such a grounding and restorative experience. The space feels like a sanctuary—surrounded by trees, filled with calm, and guided by her intuitive presence. I left feeling clear, realigned, and deeply connected to myself.”
