As an empath, I’m a strong advocate that fitness is so much more than wearing a smaller clothing size.
It’s highly personal, and it’s about:
The power to love being in your body,
The tools to feel strong,
The awareness to rediscover what you’re capable of.
True fitness ("fit-ness") is more than physical. It’s about feeling sound in your body and in your environment. I’m here to hand you the tools to feel strong, the awareness to discover what you’re capable of, and to stir something within you to create momentum at each step of your fitness journey. And we can’t see the fullest results without integrating internal wellness with physical wellness. That is fit-ness.
I believe that sustainable habits are what keep you going, and I’m here to help you recognize the hang-ups getting in the way of choosing yourself. You need strength, resiliency, and momentum to be your best and you bet I’ll be there with you.
